Hotel meet my expectations.Not sure if I got value for

everything was fine, expect the aditional info showed acces to private beach 24 houres. But this was only till sunset, a little dissepointed with that. But overall great hotel. Verry pleased with the room, no complaints at all.

Excellent service and hospitality

Some construction/road works nearby and awkward to get to the hotel. Give it another 12 months and it should be OK. Internet connection in room was very expensive, AED50 per hour. This is the most expensive rate I have ever known.

The hotel doesn't have enough staff. The staff at the concierge and guest service desk don't seem interested in the customer's needs. Limited snacks in Minibar.

Excellent service & attention. Building work extensive around the hotel but it was no inconvenience. Journey into Dubai was a trek however hotel did provide free transport. Room upgraded to a suite so excellent. Extecutive lounge a bit 'stuffy' however the service was excellent. Roy was a star!

When it was time for us to check out of the hotel we noticed there were items on our bill that we not ours and we queried them. The woman at the desk could not find the bill/slip to prove that these were ours and went looking for it. After 30 mins she had not appeared again and we could not wait any longer as we had a flight to catch. I feel that the bill should have been sitting waiting and fully organised (expect for the mini bar to be checked)for our departure. This would have been more efficient.
