I informed the reception staff that I would be in the coffee shop but no one came to inform me that the room was ready. I had to approch the reception desk to make the enquiry myself. It would have been better for the reception staff to inform me that the room was ready. as I was only staying one night I was unable to make use of the facilities that the hotel had to offer. The breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent. The check out was very quick and smooth.
