I arrived to the hotel and as experienced by other guests in the reviews on the website, the room was not ready till 7 pm. second, the hotel has no facilities available as the pool was under maintenance and the gym is very small and poorly equipped. the tv in the room was very old but it seems that this ws the case in even Crown plaza as well. the hotel location is good infront of nice Mall and the staff at the reception were very freindly. .

I advised on the booking application that I was to be expected between 21.00 hrs and 23.59 hrs. on arriaval at approximatly 22.00 my room was not ready. I informed the reception staff that I would be in the coffee shop but no one came to inform me that the room was ready. I had to approch the reception desk to make the enquiry myself. It would have been better for the reception staff to inform me that the room was ready. as I was only staying one night I was unable to make use of the facilities that the hotel had to offer. The breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent. The check out was very quick and smooth.
