Better than expected

We booked this for one night as the choice of hotels was limited due to the number of events taking place in Brisbane. We were pleasantly surprised! The staff were ok and the room clean and tidy. The hotel is convenient for the GABBA but is a long way from the centre (we used the train which was excellent) so this can be a drawback. Overall, does a decent job for the price.

Barry in reception was exceptional, very polite and helpful no hairdryer, lights very dim, not enough ventilation in toilet, tv table too low to watch in bed and no privacy in room as other people in adjacent room sat on balcony and looked in on us
