The Concierge was extremely helpful with places to visit for such a short time. The Desk Staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. The double beds were extremely comfortable - better than other 4-5 star hotels stayed in. Suggest perhaps the shower cap be put in bathroom rather than having to phone for one.
