The only advantage is that the hotel is suituated near subway and train station. The room is small. Though they knew we were couples, they arranged us in a single room with only one set of sanitary pack and one pair of slippers. They promised to change another better room the next day after I made a complaint but they did not. The interior decoration of the room was terribly poor as compared to the rooms of Holiday Inn in other cities. I think it was constructed by local worker. Stains and dirts were discovered in the bathrooms. There were no free Wi Fi provided in the lobby. In terms of the mony I paid (RMB 722), I don't think it is worth to stay in this hotel.

We would appreciate the service provided by Front Desk, Miller, who is well verse in English, helpful and provided us with good guidance of going round in Shanghai Please provide him with some accolade. Going round from the hotel is quite a task, especially to the Metro as the Hotel has only one access. Recommend an opening especially next to the Kentucky The bed is too soft for comfort and caused inconvenient to spouse sharing the same bed

THE HOLIDAY IN DOWNTOWN SHANGHAI IS A VERY WELL PRESENTED HOTEL WITH PLEASANT STAFF THE HOTEL IS NOT VERY WELL LOCATED FOR BUSINESS BUT THIS IS OVER COME WITH THE 7 STAR FACILITY'S MY ONLY COMPLAINTS WERE THE BREAKFAST MENU DID NOT COME UP TO THE STANDARD THE REST OF THE HOTEL PORTRAYED. COLD COFFEY AND FOOD NOT HOT OTHER THAN THAT IT IS EXCELLENT

1) I DID NOT like the expensive 115 RMB charge for the Internet. Many hotels now provide it for free. The shower drain did not drain well.
