Shower in room not effective - hard to adjust therefore water sprayed out. Name of booking was under Shaw.

Very difficult to open cupboard drawers next to door of room - should have been fixed.

The hotel is very well located for my business, and significantly cheaper than the competition. A little on the small side. Some problems with dial-up internet connection; setting up my laptop was not as simple as in other hotels.

hair dryer came off the wall several times.

I left my phone charger in the room, when I discovered it I rang the horel and they told me someone would call me in the morning, I did not hear a thing so I rang them again only to be told that the room had been cleaned and that no charger was found. AS it is a unique charger for a new LG phone it will be of no use to anyone. I was less than impressed with their attitude over my leving the charger behind.

Had to chase up a "room service menu"
