Not even a cup of coffee on offer to all those who had to evacuate in the early hours of the morning. It was just take your money and go. Sorry but would not stay there again or in any of the groups other hotels in NZ.

FLOW OF WATER IN SHOWER ON TOP FLOOR WAS NOT CONSISTENT - WENT ON AND OFF

Very professional staff at check in. Just perhaps a bit old world, but what we needed on a cold late night. Lovely big room. Nice Furniture. Lacked bit of atmosphere.
