I needed to send a very short e-mail to NZ to advise of a cancelled airflight (would have taken 2 minutes to type and send)and only had 30 minutes to send it in. There was another Guest surfing the only terminal available for Guest usage and the Recption staff wouldn't send my 3 line message on the Hotel's office computer, advising me that there was an internet cafe 15min down the road if didn't want to wait... I missed the 30 min cut off to get the e-mail away while waiting for my turn. Thought it was quite bad service!

I simply want a place to stay that I don't have to think about too much. This room was fine.
