I had a dissapointing experience with Reception. I needed to send a very short e-mail to NZ to advise of a cancelled airflight (would have taken 2 minutes to type and send)and only had 30 minutes to send it in. There was another Guest surfing the only terminal available for Guest usage and the Recption staff wouldn't send my 3 line message on the Hotel's office computer, advising me that there was an internet cafe 15min down the road if didn't want to wait... I missed the 30 min cut off to get the e-mail away while waiting for my turn. Thought it was quite bad service!

When travelling for business I don't want to be overwhelmed with the comfort of the bed or the luxuriousness of the room. I simply want a place to stay that I don't have to think about too much. This room was fine.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.It deserved to be described as 4stars hotel. But on the whole, (like the quality of facilities,gym & swimming pool etc, and the decoration of the whole hotel )it is only 3 stars standard! I had a few nights there with terrible noise caused by others hotel visitors. They screamed and shouted and sang so loud that I was so surprised that the hotel couldn't and didn't do anything! The bed-cover looks a bit old and dirty.

Loved the pool on the roof but needed umbrellas as it was way too hot up there to be out in the sun the whole time. Pillows were way to hard and didn't like the towel rack next to the toilet.

Security was an issue. The front desk gave a key to my room to my friend, although he was not registered, and without first checking with me. Better Internet access. The station in the lobby was out of order for two weeks.
