We did query this the the staff were uninterested

Even though I live on the Gold Coast, I very rarely visit Brisbane, so on numerous occassions I had to ask for directions to walk to the city, to get to Suncorp Stadium and to get out of the city. The staff were very knowledgable and happy. The checkin and checkout was flawless. A very positive experience. Oh, by the way, the little lollies in the room were a massive hit. Thanks The room was a good size, and very clean and tidy.
