In more than 30 years of travelling this was my most pleasant stay.

Probably just a lack of attention on my part. no worries

We were upgraded to a Villa and it was gorgeous and everything we could have ever wanted.

This was inconvenient and difficult for my wive with a knee problem, but the hotel promptly relocated us to the 1st floor.
