Fortunately, I had called up earlier to re-affirm the room reservation and the reception lady waited till we arrived (it was supposed to close at 10pm). Room is great and did not expect to have a small kitchen facilities with microwave, cutleries and toaster. It was a nice stay in Rotorua, overall.
