Untimely attended requests, need to improve service quality Poor quality and torn towels provided in the room. Too casual room services and towels not provided until numereous requests.

The front desk personnal should more friendly and give more smile. generally it's a good hotel, i think the hotel should provide extra pillow

Not many activities to be done in the hotel. Abit old, may need to furnish again

When entered to the room, feel very uncomfortable due to BAD smill. Somehow, request for towel need wait for more than 1/2 Hrs--Bad impression

The room is not very comfortable.Please mention this problem.

Location was good except it got a little noisy during the mornings from trucks and cars. Did not bother me but woke my husband up. Comfortable, clean and spacious.

Face towel will be nacessary.

The quality of foods are average. Not so good and not so bad either. To have painting of flowers, old cottages, hung on the lobby wall can truly make a different! The room quite spacious but has unpleasant odour. No water hose/pipe connected to toilet bowl. Strongly suggest to put safety lock at the balcony door.

The stay itself was great. A little disappointed with the spa and sauna. The jacizi was not in opeartion and the water cold.

Provide cleaner towels

we arrived the hotel around 1pm and the people told us we can check in at 2pm. After we had lunch, we went back to hotel and wait until around 4pm only can check in. the toilet bowl was choked. water flew out from the toilet bowl and make the toilet wet and smelly. After taking shower and washing hand, water flew out from the toilet hole (this hole is normally for water flow out when the ground is wet).

There were good facilities, but the gym was closed while we were there. Ambience was wonderful in the lobby and Rainforest Cafe but not so good in the corridors and room. The food in the Cafe could be improved - good variety but not as enjoyable to eat as it might have been. Decor a little dated; would have been good to have a safe, and the hot water kept running out on the first shower, but otherwise a pleasant and comfortable room.

The public stairwells etc were very dirty - lots of bird poo. The serivce in the bar was appalling. The barman hadn't a clue how to mix drinks. The breakfast was the worst I've had. However, the hotel was close to a number of good restaurants. Nice to have balcony but fittings, furnishings and bathroom are looking very tired.

Response time from house keeping is very very slow. They provided only one towel for 3 people. It took more than 12 hours to and 3 phone calls to get one more towel!!

Housekeeping is not up to 4* hotel standard

1) the corridors need to be cleaned regularly . the colour sense of the room needs to be improved.

Internet facility is good but shold be opened 4 hrs for overseas visitors where there is time difference.

PLS PROVIDE MORE IRON BOARD ON HOLIDAY SEASON.

It has a cozy garden excellent for spending quiet moments reading in the cool fresh air. Towels supplied were old and torn.
