Location is quite far from the Brinchang...lots of eating places in Brinchang...we had to drive up and down all the time... When we reached, there were no pillow cases, towels etc...poor housekeeping...

the bathtub should be cleaned more often

The place was nice and peaceful with a wonderful view. The room was good with everything neccessary. External phone calls not possible from room. Breakfast good. other meals boring. general service ok. There was a wonderful view from the room and beautiful surroundings

The cleanliness of the bathroom really need to take more attention and improve

1st pls hiring professional person on the receiption counter. i have turn back after i check out for 2 hours coz the forgot deduct my payment from my credit card. it wasted my time..... 2nd, add more choice for the breakfast.. hopefully can paint the room.

overall is quite good but when i check in feel that a bit dissapoited coz first time im checking in is before 2 p.m. Front desk ask me come back at 2 p.m. then i found that the receptionist keeping ask me to wait even though i come back at 2 p.m. I found that the room key is available on the desk but she still keeping to ask me to wait. I ask her so many times when the room is ready but she still ask me to wait bothered........

Please clean the tower! over the 4th floor is full of insects, especially spiders, on the walls.

We were made to wait for nearly 2 hours for our rooms to be ready even though we had been informed that we could check in at 12 noon and we arrived at 3 pm!!. I had earlier informed them that we would be arriving between 11 and 2 pm. The hot water supply was low in the evenings.

No hot water. Room and especially bathroom not cleaned properly. Toilet seat was dirty.

breakfast was the same on my first day and second day. Not much choice.

Didn't receive a good welcome once arrived there. The carpet is not really been vacummed perfectly.

We were disappointed at how dated the hotel was. The pictures were inaccurate as they presented a new and up-to-date hotel. The hotel needs updating.

Signage guiding way to Heritage Hotel could be bigger and more prominent. Heater and water flow bad.

Not as well maintain as before and the Food is nothing to talk about. My Son had been bitten by Bed bug.

the bathroom lights & the bedside lights were not working when we came into the room...no pillow case..reported the matter to the counter and 2 hours later when we came back everything was done...good food..great stay..will be back.. not much open view from the balcony...should have more chairs & a table on the balcony to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden below & the fresh air...
