Overall its a nice place to stay for me and my family, staff are friendly, food are okey....near town..hope to come and stay here again. suggest to beutify the garden it will be more attractive as it is in cameron highland. The room quite nice, clean. since we came at peak season we have to wait for the room 'make up'.....

They are no double room to change for me, BBQ party on down there cause room smelly. Free Wifi in room, better than only at lobby.

1. Hotel design - Beautiful Tudor style with lovely garden. 1. Water - Yellow and smells even after boiling. Had to purchase bottled water to make coffee.

more landscaping, swimming pool, spa, ironboard, two queen size bed if available is the best for family like me have 3 kids

The hotel corridor lights were always swithced off, and this gave the impression that the hotel was trying to cut back on costs. The decor is very tired and outdated.

a lot off part are broken , exp toilet,carpet ,bed, bath tub& toilet door.

Overall satisfied. It is good but some area of room we've found dust. Whereby, the balcony's lighting was out of order.

i specified 1 big bed via the website. Unfortunately i didn't get one. No biggie for me though.

Health center in the hotel was written in the hotel guidance book but it was closed. 1.When I entered the room I smelled moldy. Before serving room, open windows to prevent smeling moldy.
