it was just a place to stay, nothing memorable.hotel environment very concrete,sad but the room we got overlooked a construction dump,general area looked run down.

thankfully, you have cameron highlands. i always look forward to going there

My wife and I have recently returned to UK from a backpacking tour of Malaysia. The hotel was a bit of a trail for us from the bus station but we did not use the courtesy bus out of choice. However, the position on the small hill provided excellent views of the surrounding countryside. The hotel was an excellent base for walks in the beautiful Highlands. The substantial and tasty breakfast provided enough sustenance for us on these walks. As elsewhere in Malaysia the staff were very helpful and the hotel was maintained to the highest standards.

Gym room looks like a miserable, stuffy, ill-maintained & neglected place. Gym equipment (bicycles & step machines) are dusty & out of order. The gym receptionist doesn't seem to know if the equipment will be repaired. Same for the hotel garden. It could have looked really gorgeous with proper care and upkeep. And where's the water in the Water Fountain??? Amenities and garden need improvement. Other than that, the hotel is good value. Room is large and well-ventilated. Balcony provides lovely view of the hills and surrounding greenery. Room is fairly well-kept and comfortable.

Availability of hotspot internet connection was a plus point for us. Staff at reception was amiable. If only the cleanliness is better addressed, we might return in future. Room was reasonably large but the walls, curtain, towels and bathroom were really dirty.

Sad to see such A BEAUTIFUL Hotel so neglected A beautiful hotel in a great position. Unfortunately the cleaning, care and maintenance of this property are non existant. Carpet in hallways is dangerously torn and likely to cause an accident.

Good views over town and surrounding hills

The food has varieties that caters for all races, which is good. The only thing is, the food, especially the Malay food is sweet, e.g. sambal, it's supposed to be hot and a little sweet and sour, but the sambal that I had was very sweet. Plus, there were no pepper and salt at every table, the table was not set, in which I had to request for fork and spoon and serviette. Upon check-in, I found out that the housekeeping staff didn't do a good job - there was 1 towel used hanging behind the bathroom door, and the cup and teaspoon was not clean. The pillow was too soft that I had to request for extra pillows.

Slow on room service,need to wait 1/2 hour for towel. furniture,lamp so torny need to replace.

The breakfast was below standard. The Hotel has to improve the service in serving customers especially international traveller where the expection might be different from the locals.

*SATISFACTORY ROOM SERVICES. *PILLOW NOT COMFORT ENOUGH

Hotel looks sloopy. No bellman around and you do not feel welcome. Housekeeping service and maintenance was very lousy. The hanger on my toilet was broken and I had to call 3x and ask for the manager before the maintenance guy came. After fixing, it broke again. No towels and we had to ask for it. We requested for extra bed and it took them hours to send it. It took them more than 5 hours and 3 times of calling before they came and collect my laundry.

Should provide prayer mat for muslim.

Customer lift's door should reset closed timing. Coz lift door always closed too fast at door line and hit customer arms; No function on shower for hot water in the bath room;

Had to wait for 1.5 hours before allocated one room. Then another 30 minutes for the other 2 rooms. The reception clerk during the earlier shift was irresponsible. However, the ones after that were good.

Need to improve the bathroom tidiness .

No swimming pool After checking the room, only discover that the towel haven ready yet. the housekeeper said still on the ways washing. If this condition, what the purpose let us to check in????
