Staff at reception was amiable. If only the cleanliness is better addressed, we might return in future. Room was reasonably large but the walls, curtain, towels and bathroom were really dirty.

Unfortunately the cleaning, care and maintenance of this property are non existant. Carpet in hallways is dangerously torn and likely to cause an accident.

The only thing is, the food, especially the Malay food is sweet, e.g. sambal, it's supposed to be hot and a little sweet and sour, but the sambal that I had was very sweet. Plus, there were no pepper and salt at every table, the table was not set, in which I had to request for fork and spoon and serviette. Upon check-in, I found out that the housekeeping staff didn't do a good job - there was 1 towel used hanging behind the bathroom door, and the cup and teaspoon was not clean. The pillow was too soft that I had to request for extra pillows.

The Hotel has to improve the service in serving customers especially international traveller where the expection might be different from the locals.
