Ambience was wonderful in the lobby and Rainforest Cafe but not so good in the corridors and room. The food in the Cafe could be improved - good variety but not as enjoyable to eat as it might have been. Decor a little dated; would have been good to have a safe, and the hot water kept running out on the first shower, but otherwise a pleasant and comfortable room.

The serivce in the bar was appalling. The barman hadn't a clue how to mix drinks. The breakfast was the worst I've had. However, the hotel was close to a number of good restaurants. Nice to have balcony but fittings, furnishings and bathroom are looking very tired.

They provided only one towel for 3 people. It took more than 12 hours to and 3 phone calls to get one more towel!!
