Check in fast,staff service very fast,good location,nice view,big room,but our pillow feel like a cheap pillow,very quit place,enjoy walking to tanah rata shop,easy to find food, we will come back again next time.

Everything in the Heritage Hotel is good. Staff is polite. Environment is ok.

The hotel is at an excellent location, with a great view of the valley and surrounding mountains, with good breakfast and room service and about ten minutes walk downhill to the town of Tana Rata. It is bit old and could use a facelift. The thing Imissed most is the absence of a business centre / internet service for people without a laptop. It did have a free wireless internet connection in the lobby but you could utilize it only if you have a lap top. Adding this facility would be a big plus point for this great value for money hotel for people with medium budget.

I'm very pleased with the nice breakfast provided early in the morning as well as the freah air around the area. But 1 thing I would like to point out is that some visitors smoke inside the breakfast area really irritating as poluting the fresh air. Please label these area as no-smoking. It will definitely help out others visitors who wanted to enjoy the fresh air around and i truly believe this is one of the reason people visit to Cameron Highland.

The staff all very kind except Neela, so fear. The breakfast just nice only, no many choices. Check in time 3pm is too late, 12pm check out time is too early, until 1 pm never check out will lock the room is too presure to us.

Previous stay at this hotel was in 2002. Improved in most aspects. Close to the town centre and handy for the bus serving KL and Penang. Very large airy room with balcony and flyscreen. Breakfast fine but could do with opening at 6.30 rather than 7am, especially when one has an early bus to catch or excursion. Local tours pick up from from the hotel. Hotel corridors could do with some enhancements. Overall, very good value for money.

*The uniforms of the receptionist is VERY dirty.
Dirty in the sense of didn't wash for years not a fresh/new stain.

*Wrongly update the room number into the access cards. (Located to room 324 but given access cards for room 234)

*Quite and Relaxing environment

3) Food/Beverages
*Not so tasty but okay

I could not find the remote control for the TV and hopefully there would be some slippers for travelers.

near town..busy but better than city...
