The hotel was a bit of a trail for us from the bus station but we did not use the courtesy bus out of choice. However, the position on the small hill provided excellent views of the surrounding countryside. The hotel was an excellent base for walks in the beautiful Highlands. The substantial and tasty breakfast provided enough sustenance for us on these walks. As elsewhere in Malaysia the staff were very helpful and the hotel was maintained to the highest standards.

Gym equipment (bicycles & step machines) are dusty & out of order. The gym receptionist doesn't seem to know if the equipment will be repaired. Same for the hotel garden. It could have looked really gorgeous with proper care and upkeep. And where's the water in the Water Fountain??? Amenities and garden need improvement. Other than that, the hotel is good value. Room is large and well-ventilated. Balcony provides lovely view of the hills and surrounding greenery. Room is fairly well-kept and comfortable.

Staff at reception was amiable. If only the cleanliness is better addressed, we might return in future. Room was reasonably large but the walls, curtain, towels and bathroom were really dirty.

Unfortunately the cleaning, care and maintenance of this property are non existant. Carpet in hallways is dangerously torn and likely to cause an accident.
