Gift shop should have offered international newspapers such as Asian Wall Street Journal or International Herald Tribune. We were upgraded to this suite

Really did have an impact on the quality of stay

This wasn't made known to us and wasn't on any of the web info when booked. Didn't particularly mind the fee - just the fact I wasn't aware of it. Only thing was I didn't find the shower pressure that great and the tempaerature was unpredictable. We got a complientary upgrade which was excelent.

Very nice understated hotel. Terrible business centre though.
