Hotel is quite well located. It is clean and room size is good. However, the single beds are a little too small. Otherwise, it is quite comfortable. Staff are very courteous. Security good.

Heritage Hotel

We thought that the hotel was situated in a very convenient location but thought that some of the services were unnecessarily expensive. The rooms were large and comfortable and the amenities very good. The staff we thought your best asset and were very helpful and polite particularly those on the reception desk.

A great escape.

The Hotel is CBD Auckland and is conveniant to city life. The tennis court, swimming pool, gym and sauna were within easy reach. Staff were friendly and helpful. A very nice weekend for my wife & I. Thanks.

Staff is uniformly unfriendly and unhelpful, brusque to the point of rudeness. This was in marked contrast to the positive experiences we had at all other New Zealand hotels where we stayed extremely well appointed

Breakfast was not up to par for a hotel of this type--expensive with limited offerings. Gift shop should have offered international newspapers such as Asian Wall Street Journal or International Herald Tribune. We were upgraded to this suite

We wanted to get some rest however were kept up to around mid night by very loud music from a band playing at a venue within the hotel. Really did have an impact on the quality of stay

Didn't realise the car charge was $15.00 perday. This wasn't made known to us and wasn't on any of the web info when booked. Didn't particularly mind the fee - just the fact I wasn't aware of it. Only thing was I didn't find the shower pressure that great and the tempaerature was unpredictable. We got a complientary upgrade which was excelent.

The bedroom floors of the older hotel wing have a lovely feel to them - mainly because of polished wood floors. Very nice understated hotel. Terrible business centre though.
