Don't let negative reviews keep you from staying at this pleasant hotel. Book it and you will be satisfied. The location is great with many restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and very close to the Earls Court Tube with District, Picadilly, and Circle lines. Can't beat it for conveinence. The breakfast is very filling with cereal, juices, croissants, toast, tea, cocoa, or coffee. Great way to start your day seeing London. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Yes the rooms are small, but they are in London. Newly renovated with large flat screen tv and bathroom larger than most with new sink, toilet, shower.

I was impressed by the quality of the room at Henley House. It was well-maintained and the bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated. My windows faced the back side of the building and it was very quiet at night. The room itself was more spacious than other London hotel rooms in a similar price range that I have seen.

Well situated for us, very quiet area with gardens around. Very close to tube station. Staff were pleasant. Generally, it was very pleasant, no real problems.

The Electric went in the hotel and the surrounding area. A bit slow providing candels for the rooms. This electric problem was not down to the hotel.Car parking abit of a problem.

For a hotel which was not in the city center, location was very good. The underground station was very near, and with Victoria line it was very easy to get to the airport. Generally, it was clean, tidy and well worth the money. The carpets could have been a bit more clean, though. Overall, I was very satisfied.
