What is the amendment policy for my booking?
The Terms and Conditions under the Hotel Reservation Step 1 page contain the amendment policy for the hotel you have selected.



Is there a penalty payable for late amendments?
The Terms and Conditions under the Hotel Reservation Step 1 page contains the amendment policy for the hotel that you have selected. The Amendment policy will vary from one hotel to another. In many cases, some charges will be incurred if you do not adhere to the amendment policy. Please note that the actual charges are made by the hotel and not directly by HolidayCity.



How do I amend my reservation?
Send an e-mail to the Customer Service Officer who first sent the confirmation message to you. State your original reservation details and your new reservation requirements. Upon receiving your request, we will process the amendment and send an e-mail to you once your amendment has been confirmed.
