By Sea: Air-conditioned ferries operate daily to and from Kuala Kedah (75minutes), Kuala Perlis (45minutes), Penang (2 hours 30mins) and Satun, Thailand (1hour).
By Road: Using the North-South Highway, Kuala Lumpur is 475km (approximately. 5hours) to Kuala Kedah and 500kms (approximately 5hours 30minutes) to Kuala Perlis . Connection from Kuala Kedah or Kuala Perlis to Langkawi will be by air-conditioned ferries.
Getting Around: Taxis are available and charged according to destination. Vans, cars, motorbike and bicycles can be rented from the tour desk situated at the lobby.
