My stay in this hotel met my expectations. The room is comfortable and of an average size. The breakfast was good. The hotel facilities were excellent, with two restaurants and an excellent spa. The hotel location was however the main attraction of this hotel, as it was in the heart of the city. The only drawback is that the noise of the traffic sometimes overwhelmed conversation in the hotel lobby. Overall, I would recommend staying at this for a few nights if you are willing to spend a few extra dollars for the convenient location.

The hotel is right at the airport though no noise can be heard at all from our room. There is a view of the runway from the back and the hills in the distance. Very large room, with reasonable amenities. A bit low on ambience, but extremely good value and breakfast is not bad either. Ideal for a short stay or stopover. Nick Love K

This hotel is meet my expectations. I have a few comments, hope can help your to improve.

1) Bathroom hot water is totally cool water. Kindly look into it. Some visiter like to take bath with warn water, not is cool water.

2) Air-cond: Room 303 room is not cool.

3) safely Box: That is not have safely Box in Room 304.

4) Swimming Pool: The water condition is drity.

My stay in this hotel met my expectations. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Very cosy and relax admostphere and surrounding. But room should have slippers as it was not carpetted and at times it might be very cold.

room view is not too attractive, however the size of the room is large, very comfortable for a family with small children.

It's a bit heaty in the lift as well as the floor's lobby.

One bulb not working in the toilet, which they should have fix it. Hotel environment is quite warm, may due to energy saving effort. Room and toilet are quite clean which our family appreciated most.
