Absolutely by far the best accommodation we stayed in on out 3 week trip in New Zealand. Very impressive service, and room. The spa & sauna are great facilities. Restaurant excellent. Brilliant view, excellent balcony.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel (called Aurum). Nice view from balcony.

We spend a lot more on hotel rooms around New Zealand for rooms that were not even half as nice as the one we stayed in. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. It was spacious, and very well appointed.

Brilliant location and the staff were so helpful and friendly to us. A really important aspect of our fantastic time in Queenstown Grat room with a fantastic view adn lots of privacy
