Up until now i have had no problems but on this visit the following were noted; - the shower door was broken and difficult to use, could not be bothered to moan about it, too tired. - there was no spoon for the tea / coffee cup - the breakfast the following morning was busy and there was a lack of clean cutlery etc. Furthermore there was a fault with the A?C which was dripping down into the breakfast room. - went to go for a swim at 8pm but the pool had been drained down.

Broadband access was pricey, and the price for a simple Continental breakfast was excessive. Otherwise, I was satisfied. Room was satisfactory. My only comment on cleanliness is the corners of the room need to be vacuumed. Everything else was fine.

Extremely disappointing. despite my booking for a non smoking superior double room I was allocated a smoking twin room with no bath tub. I complained and was told it was the only one available. it iwas only when I said I would simply go somewhere else 9at 1am I might add) that an executive suite was found which was better but still a smoking room. All in all extremely unimpressive service and a very old tired hotel with poor facilities and service.
