I have stayed at this hotel several times, the facilities are good and it is close to the airport. The room opened directly out onto the grounds, which was good.

GST may be included in the actual cost per night. Keep up the good work.

Night desk clerk was very indifferent as was the bell staff. OTOH, lady on desk during day was very pleasant and helpful. the main value of this hotel is it's proximity to the airport Was given a room with bugs all over the bathroom. When i changed rooms, someone else had a key and just walked in on us.

Excellent dinner in the restaurant. Nice to have 2 lounge chairs in room.

Quite a boring, strictly functional hotel, situated near the airport in quite an unattractive area.

Hotel restaurant is to small for the number of guests. I had to eat at the bar because restaurant was full. Mold in bathroom silicon grout.

the transit bus, although not strictly part of the hotel, was not how you want guests to remember their stay. Recommend taxi to your guests room cold on arrival

There was no elevator. For someone who is still recovering from a broken back it was not ideal.

I was particularly pleased that the hotel was able accomodate me immediately on my arrival after an overnight flight.

Close to airport. Would not stay here if 'visiting' Auckland...good for transite connections.

Air conditioning was working, but not as effective as it might have been.

Quality was of a high standard

Very Cold and there were no instructions on the temp control .

I thought the hotel was great. One suggestion I have is that the treadmill in the fitness room be updated. It constantly hesitated on me during my workout.
