Super Hotel. keep up the good work It was a great hotel and a fantastic room. We enjoyed our stay

very noisy at night - windows need to be double glazed.

Car Park is tricky - very tight spaces.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was excellent, a great view of the city but no city noise, would stay here again.

The quality of food served was extremely poor - I would liken it to a very poor takeaway meal.

The staff were excellent and the hotel very well ran. Although not in the centre of the city it is only a stone's throw away and is easily reached.

The hotel is only a short walk from the tram. It's so easy.

Would be nice if bar was open and restaurant for dinner. Continental breakfast should be expanded to include fresh fruit, cheese and cold meats.

Breakfast poor and dull. Some of the persons working at the reception desk were uninterested and not so nice. The bed was very small for two persons
