Room 221 was terrible. There was no view at all. The window faces the roof of the porch. Should use the room for storage or something. Should not sell the room.

On the day of departure(b4 9 a.m), I told staff(Jamal) that I want to take the 10.50am ferry from waterfront.I got the timing list on the day of arrival from the counter staff. so on the next day, the staff insisted that the next ferry timing is 12.20 pm. But I told them the info was given by one of the staff. They said that info was not valid. Anyway after a long talk, the staff sent the driver to waterfront to find out the timing..(he asked me to follow him....I denied). After about half-an-hour, they told me that the 10.50 ferry existed and to come down to lobby. Nice set-up.

Whole night could not sleep, the stupid water pipe was making so much noise due to water pressure, asked engineers 3 times, still can't fix...bad, very bad
