Your staff are very friendly. Room 221 was terrible. There was no view at all. The window faces the roof of the porch. Should use the room for storage or something. Should not sell the room.

We commend the staff on what we call suberb service and have no hesitation in recommending the Harris We enjoyed ourselves immensely and have now decided to have corporate rates applied to our next visits for business purposes.

It's far from town eg.nagoya etc. It's stated that it is free airport/seaport tax...but I still payed tax to and fro.(I am not clear about that). On the day of departure(b4 9 a.m), I told staff(Jamal) that I want to take the 10.50am ferry from waterfront.I got the timing list on the day of arrival from the counter staff. so on the next day, the staff insisted that the next ferry timing is 12.20 pm. But I told them the info was given by one of the staff. They said that info was not valid. Anyway after a long talk, the staff sent the driver to waterfront to find out the timing..(he asked me to follow him....I denied). After about half-an-hour, they told me that the 10.50 ferry existed and to come down to lobby. Nice set-up.

OK except that I was given the 2nd floor would have preferred the higher floor

Bad experience, will never stay Harris again. Whole night could not sleep, the stupid water pipe was making so much noise due to water pressure, asked engineers 3 times, still can't fix...bad, very bad
