I enjoyed my stay at Harris, the rooms were spacious and worth every penny. The Staff were courteous and friendly. The bowling alley was a pleasant surprise. The food is ok, a bit expensive. Will certainly stay at the Harris again.

THE SPA AREA AND DESIGN ARE NICE. AGAIN, VERY FRIENDLY STAFFS.

We booked 2 cabanas during the easter holiday. Though the rooms were nice, we had to go pass construction sites, and there was no proper path from the cabanas to the main hotel. My son fell down while walking thru the path and his knees were bleeding. When we asked for first aid kit, the staff told me that they don't have such thing. But, they managed to give us betadine.
The staff were very friendly and will try their best to help. When we informed them that there were too many mosquitos + 1 cockroach in our room, they immediately sent the housekeeper to spray insecticides. It helped a bit, but we were still unable to sleep, as there were more mosquitos (I killed 7 on that night itself).
Despite what I consider as a 'not so great' stay, the kids enjoyed the holiday @ Harris. They got free lollipops, icecream, and the staff made funny faces which makes them laugh.
Overall this place is great to entertain the kids...

DURING PEAK PERIOD ESPECIALLY, SHORTAGE OF STAFFS TO ATTEND TO GUESTS. SHUTTLE & TRANSPORT SERVICES SLOWED DOWN, VERY FEW FOOD OUTLETS & ACTIVITIES AROUND THE WATERFRONT & THOSE AVAILABLE ALSO VERY EXPENSIVE

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Harris resort and came back to Singapore feeling relaxed and refreshed. The staff were helpful and friendly, always willing to help. The pool was clean and relaxing ( though more pool towels are needed!). Our 17 year old son enjoyed the cable skiing and the flying fox. The tv reception was excellent and food enjoyable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

staffs are really friendly and helpful but hotel facilities very old, shall consider upgrading esp the swimming pool aircon not working well, power sockets sometime out of order, need upgrading

Quite an enjoyable stay. Aircon no gas at about 11.30pm, but technican responded very well and put the system in order. We were able to have a good nite sleep

Food and room service b/fast, dinner are expensive even for Singapore Standards. Facilities quotation price eg jetski is different from vendor. Rm layout is excellent n spacious though chairs needed at balcony need area.Sofa needs reupholstered.

if possible prepare indian food if indian guests in hotels. rooms are good.

The front desk staff were knowledgable and helpful. They provided us with many suggestions and advise when we wanted to visit the town area. The bed was King-sized and comfortable. The safe and other facilities were working. But the bed linen and towels were stained. The towels had a musty smell on them. The floor felt sticky so we had to keep our footwear on as there were no bedroom slippers provided. The shower head is a little old and could not withstand a water pressure that is too high or it will detach from the water source.

Their staff are very friendly and they alway put on a smile on their face. The air con is abit noisy.

I am very happy and satisfied with the resort as a whole, be terms of service, staff helpfulness and atmosphere. The room is very cosy and homely, and the bathroom is big with all the necessary toiletries.
