This was my third stay at the NH Harrington Hall Hotel.
It offers an excellant standard of accomodation, the rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped ,comfortable and very quiet.

The location of the hotel is within a stones throw of Gloucester Road and it's many restaurants, cafes & other facilities. It is well placed for both Kensington High Street or Knightbridge and is only a short journey from theatreland and Marble Arch, Oxford Street etc.

Hotel staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Food at the hotel is of a high standard and very reasonably priced.

I can't reccommend the hotel highly enough and will certainly stay there again.

The desk staff, porters etc. were as usual a pleasure to work with. Housekeeping staff seemed pleasant. We always appreciate the quiet location of the back rooms which enable us to sleep with the windows open

we could not have been more pleased with the hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful. our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. the location, a block from the tube, was excellent. this was a great stay for the cost--we had no idea the hotel would be so comfortable. we were especially thrilled to have a bellman who handled our luggage, as we have stayed in other more expensive hotels where this was not available. we would definitely stay there again.

Made my reservations very early, as I wanted to stay in the hotel based on its location ( very close to tube but far enough out of the Cromwell road to be guiet )and an earlier visit to the property when I last stayed around the corner, in May 2006. The stay more than met expectations- the room was unusually large for London, and because I booked so early, I got an excellent price (especially considering I was giving over dollars for pounds!), and when my husband was unhappy with the original room being next to the lift, the staff were VERY gracious about a change, as well as very promptly responding to requests for A/C and towel rack temperature adjustments. Staff were great-booked my tea for me at Brown's, got me cabs, etc. as asked for.

The room was very clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable, and the cleaning staff was very nice when encountered in the hallway, and I asked for extra of the wonderful orange soap! The property is well maintained, in the public areas, the hallways, and in the rooms. Only downside is they need to consider a different kind of door for the shower-allows for water on the floor!

The hotel obviously is patronized by many business folk, and although I was there strictly for pleasure, as a couple, my husband and were very pleased with everything. Have to say I did not eat in the hotel, so cannot comment about that. I think this hotel is a great choice for being in South Kensington, close to many attractions and amenities. I recommend it highly and would very certainly stay again.

only real concern - no hand-held shower.

We liked the room, thought it was a good size for London. We were on the top floor and at the end of the corridor which we also liked. There was a water stain on one of the walls but it didnt bother us.

The air conditioner could not keep the room cool. They checked it and said that was as cool as it could get.

meeting rooms are comfortable, quiet and efficient for forum.
