It offers an excellant standard of accomodation, the rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped ,comfortable and very quiet. The location of the hotel is within a stones throw of Gloucester Road and it's many restaurants, cafes & other facilities. It is well placed for both Kensington High Street or Knightbridge and is only a short journey from theatreland and Marble Arch, Oxford Street etc. Hotel staff are always very helpful and friendly. Food at the hotel is of a high standard and very reasonably priced. I can't reccommend the hotel highly enough and will certainly stay there again.

Housekeeping staff seemed pleasant. We always appreciate the quiet location of the back rooms which enable us to sleep with the windows open In general our stays are always a pleasure so thanks to all who work so hard.
