The hotel is fabulous. Meals served are delicious and if you prefer outside food, a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Pasar malam (night market) also within walking distance. My kids doesn't want to go anywhere outside the hotel as the event that was prepared/host by the hotel for their in-house guests are fun-filled enough. Strongly recommended to families with kids.

This hotel met my expectation in many ways. The staffs were efficient in checking in & room service. This time I stayed in a hillview room and got a pleasant surprise. The room is much quiter than the seaview room I stayed in sept'10. The swimming pool was never crowded becasue its so huge.

Hard Rock Penang is quite an awesome place to stay. Situated at the top of Batu Ferringhi, the beach seems cleaner =) The hotel has a huge swimming pool. Staff there are really helpful. Night time is the most happening time! Though a little pricey, it's worth it.
