The hotel did not meet my expectation of a superior queen room. The room is very small and it is not value for money at all. The aircond wasnt functioning when we arrived and also the water heater for the shower. The towels provided are not suitable for use by guests and the blanket looks like it hasnt been washed for many months. Nevertheless the staff was courteous and helpful. Good location for those who wish to go to Sentosa Island and Universal Studio. Thanks.

Its a great place to stay, friendly staffs, comfortable bed and impressive room. This is my 3rd time, my friends and I find it like a second home.

Room was old and air in room was stuffy and stale. Could be better if room was renovated to look newer. Breakfast was simple and ok which I guess is in line with the price we paid for the room. However, there was no hand wash or soap bar in the toilet which I think is a necessity. One advantage of this hotel is its proximity to town centre.

our stay was a good value for money. there is always an english speaking frontdesk officer to answer every queries, although we were not aware that they are not serving breakfast on sundays :-) the rooms are always cleaned and there are always fresh towels everyday :-)

Our power went out two of the nights we were there and required mainenance in the middle of the night.

I was disappointed that I was promised breakfast, but did not receive it due to the Chinese New Year. No discount was offered to compensate. The hotel blamed HolidayCity for the error.
