The staffs are really courteous & helpful& the location & the rates are really a good option if you are attending a convention in the HK Convention & Exhibition Centre. This is our second consecutive year to be book here & for sure for next next years also. Lastly, the hotel is clean & smells fresh daily & lots of NO SMOKING floors.

My husband and I find the staff friendly and courteous, the food is reasonably good. Other than taking the taxi, transportation isn't too convenient, especially in the hot days.

I enjoyed my stay at the Harbour View Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke english well. The room was very adedquate for a single person on business and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic.

I tried calling the hotel before booking online and the reservations agent offerred me a room rate substantially higher than the rate I got from Holiday City. I was very disappointed because the agent did not seem to be I'm a tall person so I found the bathroom a bit small.

The room is really good although at that time, there were renovations so it was noisy during the day. One thing I like to have in the room is the list of TV channels. It will really be useful.
