The room was very noisy from late night party goers and taxi drivers tooting there horns early in the morning. So not very much sleep!! There was NO hot water in the morning for a second shower (my husband had one, when it was my turn, there was NO hot water at all, nothing came out of the tap!!)

Lovely room overlooking Auckland Harbour. After a long trip from Los Angeles, we were really happy to arrive at the hotel at 9.30am and for them to say our room was ready and we could check in straight away. Great news.

Somewhat below expectations from advertising, particularly re value for money. Very ordinary and rather tired looking decor- in need of a makeover to make it more attractive and inviting for guests.

For business use I actually needed to be able to dial up using my own notebook computer. Adequate, though hotel clearly old.

There were not enough towels. The car park was a nightmare to get in and out with a four-wheel-drive. Corridor was too cold. Air-conditioning too noisy.
