Suitable for: Leisure, Families

The hotel room was clean and comfortable although we had to climb up 3 flights of stairs.

The staff was helpful and warm, catering to our requests like a drink of fruit juice whenever we asked for it. They also helped us with arrangements to see culture shows and to go for short trips like Ha Long Bay, etc.

Food stalls and shopping areas are located within walking distance from the hotel.
