We were very impressed by the friendly staff. Our room was more than what we expected. It was a very comfortable place to come back to after a 3 1/2 hour concert. As I was leaving; I was at the ATM machine in the lobby and noticed the carpet was saturated in water. I let the staff know and they were quick to take care of the situation as well as thank me for letting them know, not only while I was inside the lobby but also came outside and thanked me again as I was standing under the canopy waiting on my ride to pull up. This is our favorite place to stay while in Louisville! Great job!
