The Hotel in the center of Semerang is a good value for Business- or Leisure traveller who expects a high level comfort. The Gym in big, free for Hotel guests but also used by external guests. The pool area beside the Gym is rather basic but clean and nice. There was some delay during check in - in the computer system we had a booking for 6 nights while we booked only for 1 night. It seems that this change is a very time consuming process - but the issue was solved. I would not recommend the restaurant a the top of the hotel - this was rather expensive with low quality - even if the view is phantastic.

I like the room size and the amenities available. Breakfast spread was ok- but food was cold. Plates were not cleared immediately - had to ask service staff to remove them. No staff at pool and no towels available.
