The lift was not readily obvious so getting suitcases upstairs to lobby was not easy.

Room was extremely small, bathroom tiny, mosiquios in bathroom. Requested twin share and was then sent to bunk beds, unsure of original room request so that's OK that we were originally issued queen bed, but to then go to bunk come on! The on New Years day the testing of the Fire ALarm, was this a joke, they are to be played of 1st April not 1st January. Location was good, but certainly would not stay or recommend Grovsner Adelaide.

TO ANOTHER ROOM ROOM WAS A LOT SMALLER THAN EXPECTED WOULD NOT BOOK A 3 STAR ROOM AGAIN.

Staff were very friendly. I asked for and got an upgrade to a suite. This i paid the extra for. The room was small, smelly (cigarette smoke) and nest door to the laundry....Once upgraded i was quite happy with the room.

Outstanding location. One of the best hotel stays we have experienced. Room had outstandind views, loved the inner city feel and night life. Room was a perfect size with all requirements catered for.
