Food in restaurant was very good. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was small and not used by us. On the first night, we had a leak in our room. The following day we were upgraded to a family room which was much nicer than the first room which had a poor bathroom and a view onto a brick wall.

Out of the 4 hotels were stayed in while we were away this was the best. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We always have a problem with pillows but their standard was very good.

The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean and new, although there was not much shade during the day. Spa treatments offered at the hotel were also very good. The hotel was a bit out of the action of Kuta, but close to the beach.
