great stay staff were so good and very helpful always so happy.When we go back will be staying again .food great .

A great small, nice hotel with the atmosphere so relaxing and the friendliness was outstanding. Cleanliness of your Hotel is to be commended. Truly a beautiful place to stay from start to finish with a nice pool and sun chair around. The breakfast was great and hotel staff are so lovely, they always had a smile. The food in the restaurant was nice too. There was live entertainment every night. Less than 5min walk is the waterbom park and Discovery Plaza. You can walk to the beach by cutting through the Discovery plaza or other hotels.

Sparkling clean, spotless, spacious. I was more than surprised when I stepped into the room. All the furniture in the room looked brand new. The toilet was very, very clean. TV boasted a variety of 60 different channels ^.^ The staff went all out to ensure that my stay was a pleasant one - they called me when I was about to miss the daily breakfast and even checked with me a few times if I needed transportation to the airport (free of charge).

A friend and I stayed at green garden for 1 week. We are females, 23 and 24 years old from Canada. We were looking for a relaxing place to stay that was also affordable and that is exactly what we got. Some of our friends were staying at cheaper hotels (near poppies lane), but you get what you pay for and we were very happy in our choice. The rooms were always clean, the staff was friendly and all knew us by name, and there was nightly entertainment. Green garden is a small hotel but it was alway full, and yet still quiet. If you wanted to sit around by the pool or swim, you often were the only ones there- and the pool was very nice. The hotel was not on as busy a street as some, but you could find markets, restaurants, convenience stores, malls and everything else you might need close by, including the beach. The green garden served a complementary daily buffet breakfast. There were also complementary bottles of water in your room fridge daily. The breakfast didn't always have a huge variety for someone looking items familiar to north american breakfasts, but you could always find enough to eat. There was always toast, eggs (if you didn't like the style they were cooked, people were asking to have them cooked to their liking), fruit and cereal, plus local food and then items that changed regularly. It was all decent, but I wouldn't say great. The price of food ordered off of the menu was close to the same price as other restaurants you can find on the street (and less, in some cases). If you are willing to walk about 20 minutes (or take a taxi) to Poppies I and II, you will be able to find meals at a lot lower prices. We loved the Tree House on Poppies I, the food was always great, you could find food from lots of ethnic backgrounds and it was all at a very good price. Our flight leaving Bali was at 10pm. The hotel let us store our luggage all day, after we checked out. We were able to go to a nearby hotel (owned by the same woman as the green garden) to shower before our flight and there was complementary airport shuttle. The hotel seemed to go out of its way as often as it could for its guests. I would definitely go back!

Green Garden is right in the heart of Kuta and very close to everything. The staff were so very friendly and helpful when organising tourist activities and transport to airport etc. I would definately go back again. Great value for money. The only downside is the waterfall right outside the bedrooms which comes on at about 8:00 every morning, if you're a heavy sleeper this shouldn't be a problem.

The hotel room is large. the environment of the hotel is nice. the staff are friendly and responsible. hotel provide free airport tarnsport. With only 10 minutes walk to discovery mall. the hotel does not have direct access to the beach, the short cut is only through next door hotel. The hotel is quiet where live band will stop at 10pm to allow the hotel guest have a quiet night. there are many restaurants nearby. but be careful of the Scratch and Win scam or marketing trick when you walk around.

Hotel room is clean and staffs are friendly. The suite room right on top of the lobby area is spacious.

Outlook of the hotel is more like a restaurant rather than for lodging. The reception cum restaurant front desk, just below the staircase is not presentable for a hotel rated 3*. As our booking was guaranteed by credit card, a room was pre-assigned when we checked in at around 8pm and the reception was courteous. The room is spacious and acceptable although some parts seem aged.

Location of the hotel is good, being near to the airport and walking distance to Waterbom and Discovery Mall where restaurants serving international cuisines can be easily located.

The breakfast is just ok, not much varieties and I would think the cleanliness of the cups & cutleries needs improvement. The restaurant is a bid congested especially when there is band entertainment at night.

This was my first trip to Bali and i liked this hotel very much. Situated middle of the city with lot me ammenities around. Lot of food choices at walking distance. Rooms are very comfortable and cosy.

Over all Value for Money.

The location is great. The hotel staffs were helpful. The power-cut was frequent in the night making it difficult to sleep. However, the staff were very cordial and helpful.

The service is very good!They are very helpful! Excellent!

Great friendly service and people. Really make you feel like you are family!! Clean, comfortable room, though bathroom tub needs an update (looked old)

Nice hotel with good staff. Food in restaurant was very good. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was small and not used by us. On the first night, we had a leak in our room. The following day we were upgraded to a family room which was much nicer than the first room which had a poor bathroom and a view onto a brick wall.

Absolutely friendly staff made our holiday very very enjoyable.

Staff were more than happy to assist in any way. Out of the 4 hotels were stayed in while we were away this was the best. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We always have a problem with pillows but their standard was very good.

Great service and friendly staff. The aircon has a slightly bad smell when its at 27degrees and above.Other than that it's fine

We were "upgraded" from the Green Garden to the Febri's, just down the road and owned by the same management. The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean and new, although there was not much shade during the day. Spa treatments offered at the hotel were also very good. The hotel was a bit out of the action of Kuta, but close to the beach.

It would be nice to have central control for the ligts in the rooms.
