Excellent experience in this hotel, the staff was courteous. The only dissapointment was house keeping, often failed to replenish coffee and milk and not very friendly.

Service at Concierge was excellent on arrival..Fast, Efficient and instructions to lobby was clear. Then we proceed to the Lobby . As it was about 1pm, we were told the room was not ready and to come back in about 1 1/2 hours time. There's no drama as we need our lunch. My request for my 2 rooms were 2 King Bed and we were told that was not available and can we settle for Queen Bed and we were fine with that as well. We came back around 3pm and had to wait another hour and finally arrived at our room at 4pm (very cranky and tired by then)and lo and behold 2 Twin beds in the room. As can be imagined, the hard work put in by Concierge section can't save my opinion of this hotel. To add insult to injury, my parents' room were still not tidy up at 4pm the next day. Saving factors - internet was excellent

THE HOTEL IS OUTSTANDING....COVINIENT LOCATION...

The hotel is exactly where the shopping complexes are. It is very convenient for shopping and meeting up with friends. The condition of the hotel room is quite good. The price is a little more than other hotel but the convenience of it worth more.

Hotel would do better to have a nice coffee shop of their own.

A very good location. The staff is helpful and courteous. Room amenities should be up graded. Specially amenities in the bathroom are sparse. Food is way below expectations. So is the service in the restaurant. Nevertheless a very good location for business and holiday makers.

I would recommend staying at this hotel for leisure purposes as it was in the heart of city. Best location for shopping, foods. Besides, the staff are helpful.

From the time we checked in and during the 2 night stay including dinnners and breakfasts we were treated like "Royalty" and somehow that did not surprise us in a place so steeped in History as Singapore.
Everything about the Hotel totally met with our expectations as first time visitors and the location was especially convenient for exploring the precinct of Orchard Road. It is hard to comprehend anyone having a bad experience at this Hotel.
Well done PARK HOTEL ORCHARD SINGAPORE!
