the hotel is alright although it's not good i had expected ! But the maid services is not too good i do believe other than that it's worth to stay there. I will stay again as my office r near than that !

Hi, I chose this hotel because of its closeness to my son's college. It was a good choice. the staff were really great. I like the hotel and when i had to stop over again for a day i chose to stay there again.

This was my 3rd stay and was just as good as my first stay. The staff are all very helpful and very courteous.

My wife and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable 5 days stay at the hotel. The staff everywhere, especially the reception, was very courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. The hotel, although old, was very well maintained and the room and bedding were clean and fresh.

The Sheraton Subang is proof that older hotels can easily hold their own against newer players. If you are able to look past the 70s facade, you will find a good, clean, value-for-money hotel that offers great amenities, exemplary service and good food. The hotel felt quiet and cosy and offered a delicious breakfast that you did not have to queue endlessly for in the morning.

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel. However I feel very confortable staying here as it met most of my expectations.

The location of this hotel is quite strategic, very convenient and closed to shopping and business complex. Your staff is well trained and professional in performing their duties.

If I need to come again to this area for sure I will stay in in this hotel as your room rate is quite reasonable.
I may also introduce this hotel to my friends.

This is my second visit and it was just as good as my first visit. The buffet on Saturday night is the best I have had at any of the hotels I have stayed at. All the staff were couteous and very helpful. I will definetly being coming back next time I come to Kuala Lumpur.

Staff were definitely courteous all the way from check in and especially check out (Ann?).

Rooms are getting a bit run down and could do with some refurbishment but otherwise are well kept, clean and functional.

Definitely not a romantic getaway but standing in the way of the business traveller is a lack of free broadband in the room. This is very often a free service for business travellers in the US.

Although we had the ala'carte nasi lemak at breakfast, it was excellent -- taste and quantity -- along with the complementary bread basket and pot of coffee. Restaurant is highly recommended -- certainly for breakfast. Wished we had the space in our stomachs to have had the breakfast buffet.

If we were in the PJ/Subang area, we certainly would choose the Sheraton Subang Jaya again. Location is also very convenient being accessible by way of the E5 and E10 bypassing the Federal Highway.

I think that the facilities, ambience and location of the Sheraton Hotel and Towers are very good indeed.

The staff were always courteous, friendly and helpful, and the amenities and service was up to my expectations and what I would expect from a 5 star hotel.....there were these extra touches....eg fresh fruit to help yourself to by the lift doors....which I appreciated and enjoyed

By a total coincidence, I stayed in a another 5 star hotel the following night, and I have to say that I was disappointed with the facilities, accommodation and service when compared to your hotel.

I will not have any hesitation in recommending your hotel to my family, friends and business colleagues.
