Almost all the guests were having problems with the room key operated elevators. Other than that, the stay was comfortable.

The location of the hotel is really central and that is IT. If you plan to stay more than 1 day go and get other hotels. The room even in the executive room was kind of small and if you open up big luggages for unpacking or packing then you have difficulties to move around. The bathroom is extremely small.

It is a hotel where you want to be like for few hours or just one day for your transit with Singapore Airlines. Well as for the price of the hotel ( Singapore in general...well) it is not really worth the price for what you are getting. Places of visit like the Marina, Esplanade and SunTec City just around the corner. Very close (2-3 Minutes ) of walk to the nearest MRT station ( City Hall Station).

Location, location, location!
This hotel is a gem because it's a good value, reasonable quality hotel in a top location. You are very near the City Hall MRT, can walk to Clarke Key, Boat Key, Raffles, shops and Funan Digital Mall.
Impressive foyer, helpful staff, small but functional room. King size bed and good air-con.
Would definitely recommend.

The hotel staff were excellent

I prticularily highly commend the Concierges (esp Albert).
Nothing was too much trouble for them, they always greeted you wtih a smile.

The hotel location was excellent, if you want to go exploring the key areas. Walking distance to everything.
And the mrt sopt was only a three minute walk.

I have always in the past stayed at a hotel in Orchard R(and have been there seven times) But this time we chose the Grand Plaza. No regrets and will definetly stay there in ALL my future visits

My sister has just recently married and she desperately needed a decent hotel in Spore to enjoy her honeymoon after a trip to Hongkong. Everyone knows how hard it is to find last minute good hotel with reasonable price in Spore near weekend. I booked this hotel because of its location, its room amenities, its price and simply relying on the pics shown online. WYSIWYG. The location is centrally located within tourists' attractions and two MRT stations so I know my sister would have access to many cool places. When the couple returned, they thanked me for "the beautiful hotel which allowed us to finally have our good sleeps at the end of our happy honeymoon".

The Location of the hotel is great. Just within 10 minutes walk to Raffles City and about 15 minutes walk to the Esplanade. The room size were okay as compared to others Singapore hotels where some were even smaller.
Generally the stay were okay and the hotel is clean and well maintained.

Stayed here for one night. Previous visits, used to stay at the hotel at orchard road, but at the time I was there, it was peak time. And the hotel room rates was high

Decided to give this hotel a try, and my stay was good. The bed was hard but the pillows and duvet was comfy. Overall, good value for money

The staff sound not friendly when I called for early check in. However, it turn out to be totally different when the lady served me face to face. She is very helpful and friendly.

Don't expect too much on the fitness facilities as the gym and swimming pool is quite small.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay in Grand Plaza Park Hotel.

Excellent location, close to MRT station and walking distance to shopping. Good size corner room. Nice big bathroom.

The reception staff seemed no to have instructions about the provisions od on line offer eg I was asked to pay for brekfast on May 22,2005.

great value for money. client services (reception) was really good, very kind and courteous. hotel feels a little out of the way given that it's tucked behind a few other buildings, but the overall location is good, staff are great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. great value. room was small but clean and functional. had a good nights rest.
