Very good location. clean pleasant but small rooms, staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would stay at this hotel again without any hesitation.

The hotel is ok. The price is fair. The only problem is that: everything is too old. You can stay comfortable, but no luxury or anything new. The neighborhood is good.

Bathroom really old, not mentioning that it didnt look as it was cleaned daily (I stayed 5 days).

The room was clean and comfortably furnished, but had poor airconditioning. It took several hours to reach comfortable temperature even though the fan was set to high and thermostat to 18 deg C.

If the Hotel continues to be insensitive to the guests as to exhorbitant parking fees which they have to pay for their vehicles, the Hotel will lose the visitors from Malaysia. I certainly will not recommend any of my friends to stay at Allson at all.

the deposit was automatically placed on our bill without our knowledge. I believe that this should be expained to guests verbally. We thought we had been overcharged. once checked in we had to make our way back down to the service desk to enquire about this additional amount on our bill. The dorr men were excellent and did assit us with getting a taxi. The internet was very expensive compared to other hotels i have stayed at in my travelling. I was suggest lowering the price or providing a free service. this has what has let your hotel down in regard to facilities. we were not give a free water like our friends staying in another room in the hotel.

The staff could be a little more friendly and polite

Nice pool, but very noisy air conditioning. Restaurant OK, but mostly buffet and food good but limited. Sevice mixed. Fine, very clean and comfortable, with everything needed except BBC world on the TV

facilities a little dated but practical. Bar and social facilities not attractive for hotel patrons to visit. some gym equipment not working Iwas under the impression my booking included breakfast but not according to hotel booking.

We requested late check-out, a bed for our baby and some dish washing liquid to was our baby's milk bottles - hotel staff was very helpful and arranged everything. Ecxellent service! Basic room but the bathroom was modern and very clean. Good value for the money for example for stop over travellers. Breakfast was only satisfactory - tea was cold, no eggs etc.

Hotel front office staff were not very courteous,or approachable.. We were given rooms at the front of the hotel , and the view was very poor as it was restricted by a fire barrier, which consequently made the room very dark.

We very much appreciated being able to go straight into our room having arrived in Singapore in the early hours of the morning and feeling very weary. Tea Facitities without milk added would be appreciated for those of us who do not take our tea with milk!

The extra bed for a third person was very small and too soft

strange that in price not is included breakfast and that you have to pay 18 sg dollar for that,,,

No particular ambience, but cheap versus other hotel and very well located. very basic. Small room for but cheap

The integrated lighting control system went absolutely crazy after I arrived on the first evening. I would switch one light on, another would switch off a few seconds later, switch another off, and several would go off, then a few seconds later others would switch on, then lights would randomly switch on and off at will without me touching anything. The lights had a total mind of their own! Reception was advised later in gthe evening and some so-called engineer came and fiddled around in the ceiling, but it seemed obvious to me he did not have any clue whatsoever! He later claimed it was all fixed. (If only....) But not so. All through my first night, ALL lights randomly switched on and off ALL NIGHT, making sleep near impossible. In the end, at around 3am I had to get up and remove the globes from some of the light fittings so that I could get some sleep. I reported the problem yet again to Reception the next morning. This time they sent someone who obviously knew

Breakfast was not included and this was not clear when booking online so had to pay extra Very hard bed, unable to sleep. Nice bathroom
