there staff are totally unmanner. parking are very far away from hotel. my check in hours was delayed and out of my expectation to be served. i wrote my request to check in hotel by 8, but they give me a reason that 8am only the cleaners come to clean up the room. i thought cleaner in the hotel suppose to be 24 hours! and the location is just beside the MAXWELL school which alot of police car park beside, which the school for "problem" teenager. a bunch of gangster wandering around the car park n street. the hotel is full of noise from the street, and the noise in the bar at the ground floor also disturbed me which they operate till 3am!
