the hotel location was excellent and comfortable bed with very very very high services and friendly staff . i recomanded this hotel for families and couples they have 24 hours gem .

Quick overview, not criticism, but constructive, Breakfast, our tablw was far too close to the serving counter, people queing where on my shoulder. We had to ask for each cup of coffee, in the Sheraton you were topped up almost immediatly Our room was cleaned too late, I had to ask the front desk to get it clened. Great location, they really make you feel special, just loved everything about this hotel.

Early check in and late check out was fantastic with no extra cost. The SPA at the hotel SPA and swimming pool was good. Fantastic location for shopping and food. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to stay at HM for a hassle free and fun filled stay.

the only problem was our own fault,arrival 6.30 am without booking a room the previous night also,did not get in a room until 10.00 am.not good after all night flight.

My stay at the grand millenium exceeded my initial expectation. The deluxe room was pretty big and comfortable with a relaxing ambience. The bed was super comfy and was large enough for me, my wife and my 19 month old daughter. The staff was very courteous and went out of their way to ensure that the room was safe for my daughter by making sure all windows were locked and secured.

Location was excellent as it was right in the middle of bukit bintang with all the shopping centres only minutes away. One little thing i liked was you could actually borrow umbrella's from the front desk if its raining outside. May be nothing big but it does save you a few ringgit on buying your own.
Overall i give the Grand Millenium 9/10.

Grand Millenium is a home away from home. The staffs are simply too courteous. The room is clean. We really had a fantastic stay at yours. We will surely come back again. Keep the good job going.

OF ALL THE HOTELS I HAD STAYED OVER THE YEARS WHEN I VISITED KL, GMH WAS THE BEST OF ALL. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE, THE ROOM AND THE LOCATION. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND WILL COME BACK AGAIN.

Really enjoyed my stay there & definitely Holiday City gave me a good buy on the hotel package.

The hotel staffs were very helpful. I'd like to thank the concierge for being very helpful, informative and even went to the extent of going to my room to provide extra info that I needed for our next day plan. THe restaurant staffs were also very friendly and cheerful and there's always food remained for the later birds. Managed to try the spa facilities. Well it's fun but you really need to have companies with you ..if not it tends to be too quiet. Maybe they should play some soothing music. The hotel is very much suitable for couples, but with families.. especially with young kids , I feel it can be a bit noisy and may disturb the hotel ambience. Anyway, it all depends on how parents handle their kids.. U know..kids being kids! In terms of convenience, there are plenty of shops around , but mostly very expensive. THe cheaper and affordable places are however still within a distance, so not to worry. Ehem..Set aside the 'TRAFFIC' It's really bad. Nevertheless I still love this place!

The check in and the check out takes almost 1 hour also there was carpet glue smell from the construction and the renovation going on at the hotel

Renovations to lobby made entry/exit quite dificult

There is current renovations which I can hear noises despite on the 7th floor. Maybe the hotel should have consider closing down the lower floors so that guests are not disturbed.

The Value for Money was excellent, based on the special discounted rate and especially the low charge for breakfast for two. If there had been a full breakfast charge (RM120+) then I would have probably preferred staying at the Pan Pacific instead. However, based on the package you gave me, I was very happy with everything. Everything was as I expect a five-star hotel to be.

The hotel looks a bit tired. Need renovation soon. The bed is too small. And we had problem with water underneath the carpet , which can't be repaired during our stay.

a beautiful room, but i wish i could have had firm pillows. very nice though, and i like the window.

Breakfast should allways be included, which it did not in this case. Very poor! Not really value for money. The Royal Bintang Hotel was much more value for money!
