I stayed for such a short time and was in room 618 only to sleep one night and rest one afternoon so my opinions are scanty. Excellent position for visiting my family in South Melbourne and shopping in town with a daughter from Italy.
Cant comment on the TV or radio or kitchen, though all looked very well.
Only two complaints. One cant be done anything about, the other can. The lavatory is so close to the wall that I was glad my very tall husband couldnt join me.
The right hand curtain needs fixing. You can see whats wrong with it.
Everything else, given my short visit, was very good.
But for more pleasant visiting my old favourite is the Mercure in Spring street where I have stayed many times.

The room itself was absolutely gorgeous.

2 Loved the bed

Your staff are exellent they present themselves well and are friendly at all times as well as helpful and courties. I found the room to be comfortable and more than well suited for a business trip. The only thing I would recommend is if your windows and doors do not already have double glassing for noise reduction that this should be looked at as there is a bit more noise from the trians than I like.

Some of the staff are very friendly, few of them need to be improved. Very good to have kitchen and balcony, good amentities.
