same as abv Should provided unbrella cause at that time its was heavy rain.I call up house keeping ask for it but they said they will call back & check it out & let me know.I waited for 5min but no one call back.

I stayed here as I wanted something close to the airport and couldn't find the transit hotel at the airport. The hotel is about halfway between the CBD and the airport. There is an abundance of eataires inc local food market across the street. There is also a shopping centre located within 5mins walk. If you can spare an extra 10 minute taxi drive I would definately stay here rather than the airport hotel.

I must mention that I love the bolster, feels like at home.

View was great and room was perfect.

Lots of good food, shopping center and beach nearby. Free of charge policy for kids recommendable. Staff Helpful.

Inside the hotel (room design, elevator, aile etc.) looked a bit old and cheap to me.

My wife asked for a kettle and a blanket and it took over 2 hours until it arrived she had to phone house-keeping many times before they reacted. :( many hotels are offering internet access FOC. It is nothing special these days.

no smoking lobby easy 4 smoker was told only goundfloor is a smoking area.

there was only one bathrobe and mineral water was frankly overpriced!

Excellent shopping and eating facilities on the doorstep. Marine parade eating and recereation not far away also

Breakfast was supposed to be available upstairs at 7am; the room was not even open at that time. Not much use to me, as I had to catch the 7.30am shuttle to the airport. In other words, I paid for a service I didn't get. Air conditioning noisy. No simple sheet available to cover bed.

the 4th floor is good with the small bar pool and health club but needs some more rest areas for transit passengers. Lighting in room I find poor and always have to walk around room trying to find lights or switching them off if going to bed. This hotel lacks a lounge or games room for guests that might have to check out for 12pm but have a flight at 6pm and need some thing to do for 3 hours. A lot of your guests are in transit and the hotel needs to fill the hole. I use this hotel when I'm in singapore but it just needs a bit more for transit passengers.
